Return policy

The Simple Seat may be returned within 30 days of purchasing as long as it is unused and complete. A refund of the purchase price less a $5.00 restocking fee will be issued after inspection of the returned item verifies new condition.

It is the responsibility of the customer to incur any shipping costs to return the item.
